SHIPPING

• We handle your orders quickly, within 2 labor days of ordering, however, some orders may take up to 3 days to process.
• Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
• Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
• For inner-EU shipping there are no customs charges.
• We provide you always with a tracking number by email once the shipment took place.
• xcaanda home is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
